we only allow parcels to be signature upon delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT OUT?
We post out all parcels within 48 hours of you placing your order and your payment
clearing in PayPal. (excluding any public holidays and weekends).

Please make sure your address details are correct as we cannot change
or alter an address once your order has been paid for.
HOW FAST WILL THE POST BE?
Lipstick Empire Cosmetics currently use Australia Post eParcel (road freight)
and Express Post services for all parcels.
Please refer to Australia Post for your post code so you know how long your
postage may take to your Zone from Melbourne (our postcode 3033).

Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

Australia Post Express post time frames -
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses,
private addresses and Post Office boxes.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only)
and some major centres.
Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to
and from townships only. If your item is for an address
outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use
the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be
covered by their next day guarantee.

Lipstick Empire Cosmetics whenever an item is sent back to us due to the below listed scenarios, which is a charge incurred by the customer.
If you want the item resent, would need to bill you for the returned postage charges, or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded, if you choose to not have the item resent out to you.
Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for following reasons below :
1. You supplied the wrong address on your order
2. You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by their due date
(after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).
Where the product is faulty, postage charges are reimbursed by
Lipstick Empire Cosmetics once product is inspected and deemed faulty.

PayPal offers customers the ability to obtain free postage on returns (for approved returns by
Lipstick Empire Cosmetics prior), please go to this link to read up further on this.
